PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Cure N Seal is a alkylated alkoxy siloxane solvent based high performance penetrative masonry water repellant with a combination of an acrylic gloss finish. This product is suitable as an impregnating agent for fresh concrete surfaces. Cure N Seal is a VOC Compliant product that deeply penetrates into new concrete and masonry surfaces. Surfaces treated with Cure N Seal have a gloss finish appearance. Cure N Seal will chemically bond with the substrate. The visual appearance of the treated surfaces will show a gloss finish resulting from product application. Cure N Seal penetrates into the pores and capillaries of the cement reacting with the moisture and chemicals in the substrate, polymerizing and sealing the pores, which prevents water, chemical, and chloride ion penetration. It will not darken the surface nor impair the natural breathing characteristics of the treated surface.
USE INSTRUCTIONS Apply only to untreated surfaces. Cure N Seal may be applied over itself. A test application my be necessary to ensure compatibility and desired water repellency. Test areas are also beneficial to determine application rate and procedures. Adjacent surfaces, such as door and windows, should be masked before spraying. Two coats are recommended. Cure N Seal will form a surface film, it is also a penetrating product. Protect from rain for 4-5 hours after application. Cure N Seal will react with moisture. Low pressure spray application (20 PSI- chemical resistant airless industrial spray equipment), with proper nozzle, provides the best results. However, product may be applied with brushes or rollers. DO NOT THIN OR DILUTE.

APPLICATIONS Approximate rates for sealing broom finish, rough textured is 125-175 square feet per gallon. Approximate rates for sealing slick trowel finish is 250-350 square feet per gallon.
General Although the recommended spread rates are generally adequate, there may be variations in substrate porosity, which may require more or less material for optimum results. Always apply with a uniform pattern until surface is saturated and the material starts to run down or puddle. When applying, it is suggested that the substrate receive an initial light mist coat to break the surface tension. Then should be followed by a uniform flood coat which allows just enough material to carry a 4 inch rundown from contact point and a uniform coating on the surface. Surface residues, pools, and puddles should be brushed out until they completely penetrate the surface.
Maintenance (after application) Remove all dirt and debris by sweeping.
PRECAUTIONS · Store this product in a sealed container. · Vapors can be combustible. · Can apply under 40°F · 6 month shelf life. Although Cure N Seal is an extremely effective water repellent with long lasting service life, it is not designed to exclude water penetration under the following conditions: · Open structural cracks · Hydrostatic Pressure · Visible holes in substrate · Wind-driven rain that exceeds 20 MPH. Porous surfaces with cavities throughout can be treated with BCI TOP SEAL after the Cure N Seal Application.
