Our primary surface treatment is called Baker's Super Grip.  Baker's Super Grip is a uniquely formulated chemical compound designed to react with silica sand in any mineral surface such as concrete, ceramic tile, terrazzo, marble, porcelain, slate, limestone, enamel, quarry tile.  The result of the chemical reaction with the surface is a creation of thousands of microscopic crevices, or a tread pattern that reacts when the treated surface is wet or moist allowing safe, sure footing.  Comes with a two year warranty for high traffic areas and a five year warranty for low traffic areas (tubs/showers).

Additionally, one of our top selling products is Baker's Concrete Safeguard.  It is a water-based sealant which waterproofs and preserves by causing a chemical reaction in concrete and masonry.  It is not a surface coating and in no way will change the physical aspects of the present structure.  It performs its service within the pores of the surface itself.  It maybe applied to stucco, concrete, grout, brick, cement block, pavers, walls, floors, inside or outside, old or new, and unpainted.  It is not to be painted since it resists all contaminants, including paint.  Use Baker's Concrete Safeguard instead of paint. CONCRETE SAFEGUARD

Once Baker's Super Grip is applied to a surface, it is important to maintain it by keeping floors free from grease, oil, and soap build-up.  Baker's Choice, Inc. recommends daily maintenance with Degrease-it.  Degrease-it is an enzyme-like de-greaser that when sprayed on a floor, penetrates the pores, eats the grease and keeps it slip-proofed. 

Degrease-It can be diluted at different ratios to clean engines, heavy machinery, oils stained concrete, rubber mats, mops, as well as greasy kitchen floors.
