Product Summary

Virtually nothing will penetrate it- water, gas, oil, salts, juices, mold and mildew…  It is not a surface coating and will not change the physical aspects of the present structure.  It can be used on stucco, brick, concrete, and cement block.

 

It is compatible with Baker’s Super Grip, which not only helps with the installation of the sealant, but it adds the benefits of a slip resistant surface when wet.

 

Baker’s Concrete Safeguard can be applied by using a sprayer or a roller.  When applied, it penetrates the concrete.  When it comes into contact with the alkali in the concrete, it turns into a gel and moves in all directions filling the pores and hairline cracks.  This gel emulsifies oil, acid, juice, and other matter forging it to the top to be washed away.

 

The gel starts to turn hard like the concrete itself.  The hardening action reaches maximum hardness in 90 days.  You can walk on the surface immediately after the product is applied.  But, do not get the treated surface wet for 24 hours.
