Top Seal is designed for use as a cure on freshly placed concrete and as a high gloss sealer for aged finished concrete.

Product Summary

Benefits:

· Non-Yellowing  (Acrylic Polymer is UV resistant).

· Provided protection against staining, dusting, and efflorescence.

· Resistant to almost all cleaner, solvents, and oils.

· Will not flake or cause ‘popping’.

· Expected to last between 1-3 years.

 

PRECAUTIONS:

· Once sealed, do not use other floor sealers, treatments, or adhesives without a prior test site to determine compatibility and adhesion.

· Treated surfaces may be slippery when wet.

· When used in exterior applications, coated surfaces will slowly oxidize in time, necessitating reapplication.

Properties:

1. Dry Time= 20-30 minutes.

2. Clean Ability= resistant to all cleaners, oils and most solvents.

3. Application temperature= can be used in any temperature.  Will not freeze.

4. Meets all state VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) regulations.
